As mentioned in the previous post, Needham is half way there in what us residents hope is a revival of the street! On the other hand......

There is a meeting to discuss the closing and condemnation of the Modesto Inn. The meeting is October 25th at 4PM at 1010 10th St. Rm #3555. I encourage everyone in the neighborhood to attend to voice their opinion to finally get this place shut down and increase the safety of our neighborhood
Sorry I missed your comment Jon. From what I was told the owners are trying to make improvements. He kicked out all but two tennants, and crime is down according to Crimemapping.com. Shocker. I am all for a revitalization of the place as long as that is what happens. We shall stay monitored.
