Enslen Park Recycling

It is no wonder that Modesto repeatedly ranks at the bottom of city rankings.  Modesto is simply under siege with the homeless issues.  Like I have mentioned before, it is like the Apocolypse has hit the city.

I have to watch the recycling at Enslen Park, look at the drying of laundry, listen to the bickering amongst the residents and even more annoying listening to barking dogs.

As written in an letter to the editor in the Bee by a "Edward",  "Our community is compassionate beyond words to the indigent, homeless, and less fortunate.  We provide them with legal heroin substitutes on McHenry Avenue and we have created not one but mulitple homes and feeding centers at the entryways to downtown for the homeless."

I feel that the city just needs to get tougher.  Lets document these homeless and see if they are utilizing city services and if not, it is time they hit the road.  I know it is a major project, but it is time to put the hammer down so to say.
