This guy who got arrested has a rap sheet a mile long for drug arrests, panhandling, kidnap, assault with a deadly weapon (more than just this time), vandalism, etc. He's a tweaker with meth-induced schizophrenia (and always had a real arrogance to him before the meth). This doesn't have anything to do with him being homeless. It has everything to do with him being a collosal asshole.
